In today's crazy market it is the temptation for many to overprice homes but who wants to overprice only to have to reduce the price a week later. She is responsive, able to explain in detail those things home sellers may not be aware of, extremely competent in helping you make an appropriate decision regarding offers especially as it concerns your needs, and then helping you move forward thru each step of home selling until it is done. We interviewed a couple of them but they did not know our market nor had they studied the recent comps and it would have led us down a frustrating trail. Nancy was absolutely awesome! My wife and I were waiting and waiting for the perfect timing to purchase a home; and out of the nowhere we found the perfect house. We immediately emailed Nancy (who helped us rent our previous home), who immediately answered and asked us when we would like to see the house. From that first email until closing, Nancy helped us every step of the way. Every email was answered within 10 minutes. Call/text, immediate answer. Nancy gave us great tips during the negotiation; what to ask during the inspection; coordinating with the lender...even coordinating with the seller/selling agent on our behalf if they were willing to sell some pieces of furniture.
