The best decision we made in buying our home was choosing Iggy as our realtor! Of the four realtors Ive worked with, he is far superior. He is professional, knows the Colorado Springs market like the back of his hand and is extremely responsive. From the first call his insight into the current market helped us narrow down our search and plan our house-hunting, critical since we wanted to have an offer accepted in less than a week. We were impressed at his knowledge of home construction and his ability to recognize issues saved us a lot of time and home inspection costs. His negotiation skills are exemplary and it was because of this that we were competitive in this market despite several negative personal factors, securing our home after just 4 days! He also really cares about people and the job didnt end the day the contract was signed, with him checking to makes sure everything was all set with our new home. He has an extensive network of contacts (seems to know everyone in the Springs!) and referrals he provided saved us literally thousands on upgrades on our new home. If youre looking for someone with a keen eye, firm pulse on the market, impeccable character, who will genuinely care about you finding your ideal home then hes the best choice!

Yegor (Iggy) helped me to buy my house recently. We really enjoyed working with Iggy. He is a knowledgeable, energetic and honest professional. He represented both the seller and us. It really worked out great because I don't have to have a separate buyers agent. He was honest and fair to both us and the sellers. He is knowledgeable when it comes to local laws, house maintenance tips and everything related to real estate market here in Colorado. If I ask him something he will come up with a great solution in a short time. I recommend Iggy to any potential buyers without hesitation. I've worked with a few realtors before, and I honestly say he is the best by far.
