He provided a full service approach with assistance from pre-listing up to closing. He evaluated the home and made recommendations as to what we should have done before listing. He coordinated and supervised the repairs. He did an outstanding job marketing the home. His team coordinated and marketed the estate sale, photographing and pricing items for a reasonable commission. I was told I could be present for the entire estate sale, but was not required to be there if I chose not to. After the estate sale, Tim and his team finalized by removing all remaining items for a reasonable fee.
