Jamet Garinther provided excellent service. From beginning when I spoke with her about selling the townhouse to the closing, she was extremely professional and ALWAYS available for communication. While I know this wasn't the type of home she normally sells, she provided top notch service and guidance. Her knowledge of Real Estate policies and procedures were above reproach. I would definately have her as my realtor again should I have property to sell.

Janet knows market value in today's market, and helped us get a surprisingly good price for our home. However, you do not realize the value of your realtor until after the contract is signed, and you are then working out the details for closing. I cannot think of anyone who would have been better prepared to handle all of the issues that occur between contract and closing. Janet knows contracts, what is in them, and how do deal with all the issues, and has a network of contractors to help you resolve any issues. We could not have been more pleased with the way she handled all of the aspects of selling our home to finally closing

I had a difficult building lot to sell. It was a beautiful piece sitting high on a hill with a good view to the water in the winter when the trees had shed their leaves. The problem was that it was located just outside the city boundary and there were problems with getting water and sewage to the lot. I had originally given it to another realtor but hardly had three queries over two years. Once I gave it to Janet we had lots of serious potential inquiries. She spent a long time talking to the city and to lawyers to see how we could get water and sewer, she answered calls out of working hours and she was great at negotiating with potential buyers. She spent a LOT OF TIME on this and in the end we had to sell it at a much lower price due to the complications but without Janet, even that would not have been possible. She was always there to answer my questions and to check out options. I have been dealing in real estate for thirty years and she was the first and only one who was there 24/7 and WORKED on getting a sale. I call her "my favorite realtor" for good reason and I highly recommend her.
