We decided to look at houses before getting an agent, and Aida was the first one to take us aside and explain the whole buying process. She was able to answer our questions immediately, and had connections with several people so we could get quotes on our loan.
She was able to provide us with a number of attractive properties, and when we finally settled on one, was able to provide a good analysis of similar and nearby properties so we could submit a competitive offer. Despite working with a seller's agent who was non-committal and unprofessional with our first offer on the house, Aida kept following up with the seller agent and we were able to submit an offer a second time that was accepted.

I gave Aida a 5 star rating as she has always went out of her way to help me sell my home. I first met her at a open house that she was holding and we met the following days to review what my options were. She has always been ver professional, made it easy for me to understand everything that I was not sure about. She has always went the extra mile for anything that was needed and was always available anytime day or night to answer any questions that came up. Amazing Realtor is what best describes my experience with Aida. From the beginning when Aida came over my wife and I knew she was the Realtor for us. She priced our home above what other agents suggested in the past. She pointed out the things that our home had over the rest in our neighborhood, she also had extensive knowledge on the Tucson market. We found Aida during our search for a home while living in Germany via an online posting. When we reached out and contacted her she was professional and helpful from the beginning. We informed her that we would be making a quick 4 day trip to the U.S. to begin looking at properties and hopefully find the home of our dreams. After walking through over 12 homes over the next two days we made our decision and went into contract the morning of flying back to Germany. For someone who had not previously had satisfying experiences with realtors, I was absolutely charmed and impressed with Aida Soto's abilities.
