I met Tiffany four years (2014) ago, she was the selling agent of the home I purchased. She helped me more than my agent, when I needed information When I decided to sell my house and move out of state I contacted her and she set everything up for all the paperwork, she hired a professional photographer to take pictures of my home. I received several compliments from my friends and family how well the pictures complimented the interior of the house
My home sold in five days and I got $6000 more than what we decided on the selling price with Tiffany's help. I purchased a home out of state and she coordinated all the paperwork between the two title companies and set it up to where I signed all the documents at one time in Las Vegas. She also set it up to where both houses closed on the same day, she also arranged for the money transfers between the two title companies so that I could immediately move into my new home. When there were documents to be signed, she contacted me and explained everything concerning the selling and purchasing of both houses. Without all Tiffany's hard work and professionalism, the process would have been much more difficult She will do everything in her power to make the selling/purchasing of a home a pleasant experience Of all the realtors I have used, she was the best by far.
