Actually, I don't know who Krystal Rogers is. Everything that I am doing on this form applies only to Kimberly and Noelle, who I will sum up in three words---WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!!!!

I was working a different realtor for a few months but he did not seem to interested in doing things quickly and felt like i was more of a chore. He was a good enough guy but I just got the feeling since my price range was not high i wasn't too important. Having to show me places all the time was an inconvenience. So asked my brother the name of the place he used and i got switched to it. My brother also had Johanna so knew it was going to be a better experience.

The overall experience was really excellent! My realtor Johanna was flexible and as soon as one thing would fall through we would seamlessly change gears to the next one. Sometimes while looking at one house that was not as good as the pictures made you think, she would call and get access to another house right that moment. When bidding on a house Johanna would let me know as soon as things happened and time of day was not an issue for her. I work nights and she had no problem being on the phone with me way past normal business hours.

Once I had a bid accepted and the paper work started Johanna always kept me informed. I was never left in the dark wondering whats the next step or when things are being taken care of. Because of this I was able to close quick. Will definitely hit Krystal Rogers up in the future if i decide to get another place.
