They thoroughly explained everything in detail, wrote up my contracts, kept in contact with the seller's agent, and the list goes on! Patrick & Christina were respectful of my wants, needs, and financial situation. They made sure I was getting the best possible deal out there and protected me from getting myself into anything that would cause me trouble down the road. Eric Nelson also played a huge role in my house search and purchase. He was responsible for researching newly listed houses that matched my criteria and what I desired in a house, inquiring about houses that brought me interest, scheduling house tours, etc. Although he is fairly new to the agency and realty company, I thought he did a good job and was responsive when I requested either a house showing, requests for house information, or had any questions regarding the house buying process. Finally after going to MULTIPLE house showings/tours with him and submitting MULTIPLE offers on other homes, I found the one, submitted my offer, and it was accepted!! Yay!
