rlando, we worked with Jordan Revels. I cannot say enough good things about her! All the usual: understood what we were looking for, within our budget, and what we were and were not willing to compromise on. She was communicative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We found the perfect house (we were only the area one day to view houses, so she did a LOT of prep for us). She also credited us herself as the seller had taken the custom lighting and a bathroom mirror and day of closing were refusing to offer a credit. But beyond the usual: my partner and his mother drove our car down and she accidentally left her suitcase at a random hotel in South Carolina. Jordan reached out to realtors there (through a FB group she's a member of) and a realtor there actually went to the hotel, picked up the suitcase, took it to the UPS store and shipped it to us. I recently went on a magic carpet ride with listing agent Michele Moon and her behind-the-scenes associate Adriana Velasquez with Wemert Group Realty. I listed my house with Michele on a Monday. She returned with a photographer on Wednesday. The house went live on the MLS on Friday and a full price offer came in the following day. We just completed a third transaction with the Wemert group. After the great job the team did on finding my mothers new house for her relocation from AR to FL and negotiating a great deal on a new home for me and my husband, we trusted them to sell our old home. Not only did Bruce Smith and team provide great advice on pricing and selling strategy, they did an amazing job on presenting the house on the listing sites. After seeing the listing, I had to admit a had a moment to wonder why we were selling it! The great job they did landed a signed offer contract within the first week and netted us $10,000 more than we had hoped to get for the house. The communication with Bruce and Jennifer Sambolin, coordinator, was excellent. We were always in the loop and the team was always there to assist with any question we had. After going thru both the buying and selling side with Wemert, I would highly recommend them. 2018
We relocated from NC and began looking for a house. We found a house jenney wemert had forsale and made an offer. We got into the process and found out some issues with the house via the inspection and from the VA appraiser. We came back requesting the discrepancies be fixed after she told us to request what we wanted fixed, Cindy came back and stated her client did not have the money to fix the issues but would give us a credit. We got a quote and after getting the quote Jenny team specifically Cindy came back to say that they would not be willing to give us the credit they initially agreed to and declined to fix anything we requested which later came back to delay the approvals from the VA because there was wood rot and a screened patio that was ripped (which we requested to be fixed). We later find roof damage to the house when the VA appraiser came to do the final appraials and this was never disclosed to us that a tree or something damaged the roof and was never repaired. I find it ironic this all happens after we were so far into buying process. Then she had the nerve to ask for us to cater to her selling client to change the final walk through because her client wasn't going to have all her stuff removed from the house. Just beware if you get involved with this agent or team. It's been painful and unpleasant. There was no compromising and no cooperation with Cindy. It was basically her way or the highway which lead to delays in closing. Which in turn worked in favor for her client because they were to lazy to move their stuff out knowing for roughly 4 weeks when the closing and walk though would be. 2018

Our meeting with Cristel was accidental. I had called another real estate agent but got the numbers mixed up and Cristel showed up to show us a property we were interested in.
