During our first meeting with Cheryl we liked her and decided to work with her. She far exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough about how wonderful Cheryl was to work with. Buying a house is stressful, buying a house during the Covid-19 outbreak is even more stressful. Cheryl was always there to talk us through the questions we had, always offered suggestions and solutions and she always calmed my stress after speaking with her. She always responded immediately, was knowledgeable about anything that came up. Her suggestions on the negotiations worked out in our favor. She would offer her opinion, but always let us make the decisions with out pushing. I can't possibly say enough good things about Cheryl. I will highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in our area. She made a stressful experience much easier.
