Lee Ann recently helped us both sell our old house and buy a new house. Lee Ann is phenomenal; she offers a level of service above many other realtors. When selling our old house, she was a huge help in guiding us on what work we needed to do to sell our house, what work we did not need to do to sell the house, helping us find contractors, and she also did all of the staging - including bringing in a coffee table, fresh flowers, many decorative items, bedding etc. And you can't argue with the results - our house was listed for four days and we had three offers!
