Sherry walked me through each offer line by line and explained items as many times as I needed to be sure I understood. Closing day was comfortable and efficient. I didnt expect to meet the current owners or interact with them at all. We all sat there while each of us went through the closing papers thoroughly and efficiently. While we waited for copies to be made etc, there was time to chit chat with each other and it was really quite a lovely time. They were ready to move on and I was ready for my next adventure. Sherry never left my side. I really felt like we were a team the entire time. I am so thankful for that time in the office and how the transition occurred. Plus all the paperwork was in order, so that definitely helped!
