I made contact with Janice about a year ago on a google search, that is where this relationship began. I explained to Janice that my wife and I were planning move to the Orlando and wanted to come down and look at some areas. I was upfront with Janice and advised that we still had a home to sell and were at least six to nine months out before we were ready to make our move.
