The Perna Team made buying out forever home a fantastic experience! They exhibited far more patience than we did with the length of the search and frustration of losing bids on homes we loved. Dawn was also instrumental in helping me find my first home, tailoring our search perfectly to the characteristics of the house I would later purchase. She was supportive in ways that I can't accurately describe, as the homebuying process ballooned from 3 months to 6 months while I faced unresponsive sellers, questionable listing agents, and the urge to simply accept any property that was available, due to discouragement. BEWARE: THEY MAKE YOU SIGN 6 MONTH CONTRACT IF YOU ARE A BUYER and WILL CREATE SO MANY ISSUES WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO CANCEL though their brochure clearly says that cancelling a contract with them is easy if the client is unhappy. I gave two chances by placing two purchase offers for the homes I narrowed down through Zillow. All the agents did was place offers on my behalf. Never updated me though one of homes was off the market. I am totally upset with this agency and from last 3 days I am struggling and requesting them to cancel my contract which they did not do yet. They say that they will call at a certain time, but never reverts back. Completely unprofessional behavior of a sales team. Better work with other Keller Williams agency or completely different agency, but not with this group.
If you purchased one home and gave them 5 stars, beware that because of this contract you cannot purchase another home and will be bound to this contract.
All I say is, if a client is unhappy, just let him/ her go by dissolving the contract. But this agency does not let this happen smoothly. This is really bothering me and so bringing this to future customers to be aware of before approaching this agency (I did not approach them though, it was Zillow who did and thus I stepped into wrong hands) 2022

I was recommended Megan from a long time family friend, and I will definitely recommend her to anyone that I know looking to sell or buy a home. We first met her about 2 weeks before putting our house on the market and did not even bother meeting the other agents we were considering after talking with her, we knew she was the right agent for us.
