I highly recomend Judie! Judie has done a fantastic job in helping selling my house in Ann Arbor. We had already moved out of Michigan before the house was ready for sell. We looked for an agent by reveiwing profiles in realtor.com and Zillow, and interviewed a couple agents. I are happy and lucky that we found Judie and worked with her.
Judie took initiative to offload many tasks from us, which made our life so much easier. She went above and beyond to carry out some work she did not have to do, such as filled soil in spots in the backyard, cleaned out stuff left behind by the carpet contractor. Judie staged the house elegently and artifully. She paid a lot attention to detail, such as matching the paintings in each room to the room's color theme. Judie was knowledgable on the market and listed the house with the right price. The whole selling process went smooth and quick. We had thought that being out of time would have been difficult. But Judie made it all so easy and right for us. THANKS JUDIE.

Judie showed us several homes on the market over the course of two consecutive days over the weekend and gave us first-time home buyers valuable guidance on various key aspects to look out for throughout our home purchase from fall to winter of 2021. She helped negotiate with the builder/seller in keeping sample model furniture and wall decorations. She answered our questions with anticipatory emotional intelligence and also shared some tips on interior design based on her education and experience. She helped us find an independent home inspector, and identified remaining items (including the outdoor sprinkler system) to be completed by the builder per contract in the spring. Plus, she even brought us fresh donuts and hot coffee during the final walk-through!
