Let me start by saying this was literally the best experience we've ever had and the best real estate agent we've had the pleasure to work with! This is our third house purchase, and Eleazar not only sold our last home for us here in the Valley but helped us purchase this newest one. Aside from not really having to do or worry about anything, he was the first agent of 3 we've had that actually negotiated for us. When we sold our first home, he was able to get us over what we thought it was worth, and that was back in 2017 before the market got crazy! Now that the market is wild, he helped us buy our most recent home, which he found for us and saved us a ton of money in the process! On top of that, they put us in touch with their reps at Nova for our home loan which ended up saving us even more money! I was using a VA loan, and was approved with Veterans United along with a few other lenders and the going base rate was 3.265% at the time, Eleazar got us locked in with Nova at 2.75%! And That was without buying down! We also had the pleasure of working with Chase along with some of the other agents and team members and they were all super patient with our schedule and barrage of questions. Honestly, it was the best house buying experience we've ever had, and I will rant and rave about the Medrano Group and their team of Badass Realtors forever. I will never go anywhere else for anything related to buying or selling and actually have already started talking to him about our future with investing with his team.
