He knew the area, provided information and help in so many ways, what to expect, e.g scorpions, spiders, snakes, what to look out for, being mindful of things like the orientation of the home, North/South vs East/West etc. things as Easterners we wouldn't of thought about or had questions about and Randy had the answers.
