He was plenty responsive but honestly I'm convinced he had some personal disliking for me. He turn full price and over price offers into failure. I can't begin to tell you how this agent harmed me and my family in part due to bad advice. We are now waiting endlessly and may well lose money because of this. STAY AWAY FIND SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL
