Not honest in representing the sales contract. Represented the buyer and seller both and offered to reduce the commission to get the sale closed since he normally would have had to split the commission price with another agent. On the day of closing, the amount was not deducted from the closing statement. It took over 50 days to get the contract to closing so I took the hit and lost 4 K. Luckily I did not have a mortgage and could afford to do this. Do not trust him! I ask him directly if I needed to get this written into the contract and he said no. I have text to prove all this. His response was.... I said that but I did not do that. Not honest dealings! Do not trust his word 2021
