Absolutely would NOT recommend Lisa Sanderson, Bernadette Blackwood or the Keller Williams Team.
They served as the buyer's agent for a buyer that entered an agreement of sale for our home. The process expertise, responsiveness, and negotiation skills they exhibited were horrible. When the finalized appraisal came, it was unlike anything we've experienced. For three days, they poorly negotiated (15K less than the appraised price) for their buyers, responding to negotiations with one sentence responses that showed no interest in actually negotiating in good faith. Despite being reminded about deadlines (contingencies) approaching, they continued on and did not submit an extension addendum or get their clients to submit their conditional mortgage approval. When it was clear that they were not going to negotiate in good faith, we terminated the agreement legally as they missed their contingency date. We lost a month on the market because of their lack of professionalism, knowledge, and due diligence.
PLEASE find another brokerage that will do their due diligence, knows how to fill out and read an agreement of sale, and will make sure that all of your i's and t's are dotted and crossed. We almost paid these people 5K for absolutely nothing, so stay clear if you are interested in buying or selling. 2022

We started the house hunting process in January 2020 and Lisa was helpful and great in helping us look for our first home. She listened to everything we were looking for and was patient with us. We found a house and the process with Lisa and her team was excellent and so organized. We did the closing March 10 just before the shut down. Not only it went smoothly but still if have any questions or concerns, we could still reach out and they will answer our questions. We are so happy with our home. I would not recommend this realtor. She came out to evaluate my property and I told her the only thing I ask is that you take professional pictures for the listing. The first thing people see is pictures on the internet. She told me I dont do professional pictures. Theyre not worth the money. That really wasnt a request. Her attitude was off putting to say the least.
She then told me that my land isnt valuable because its not flat and city people are the ones buying in the Poconos and they want flat land like the city. Well were city people and the reason we bought the house was because it was unique and unlike the city. She also said the house has steps and nobody wants a house with steps to the driveway. She valued my house and property at $80,000. When I told her my price she laughed and said that would just be a waste of everyones time. I listed with another realtor for $114,900.00. I sold the house for $112,000.00. I had 51 showings in 60 days.
