Frank Hornstein, a local legend in the Sussex County Real Estate. He has my highest recommendation, if your situation meets the following criteria:
1) You are extremely flexible on your closing date
2) Arrogance and patronizing demeanor are qualities you admire and respect
3) You are not particularly married to the idea of being addressed by your own name
4) Timely and unprompted communication are unimportant
5) You expect your realtor to know your closing date
6) Knowledge of local regulations and procedures are irrelevant
7) Your needs certainly will take a backseat to the need for a listing from a desperate realtor
8) You dont mind maintaining all lines of communication with all parties involved to include the Buyer, Financier, Insurance, and Title Company.
9) You would describe blatant misleading and dishonesty as kind of fun!

Obviously my experience was less than ideal, but if these characteristics are things you would look for and expect from a realtor, then he has my highest recommendation.

My only reason for rating two stars is because technically the job was completed, my home was listed and did eventually sell.
