My husband and I interviewed several Realtors when preparing to sell our home. During the interview, we were impressed with Debbies sales materials, her process and resources for preparing a house for market and her straight forward, pragmatic approach for listing a home. Debbie came to the interview prepared with comps and explained how she could help us get the price we needed to be able to sell our home. Debbie first helped us get our home ready for market by hiring a stager/designer to go through the house and provide us with a room-by-room list of recommended changes. The photographer Debbie used to photograph our home for the marketing material was another top-notch professional. Debbie then pre-marketed our home and generated interest by communicating with her peers and other real estate professionals. We had several immediate showings as soon as the house went on the market and a lot of interest before our first (and only) open house. After the open house, we received two full price contracts and a third one was being considered. Debbie was there for us every step of the way during the sale of our home she helped us prepare and market the home, negotiate a contract with favorable terms, kept us on schedule with all of the inspections, worked well with the buyers agent to resolve items that came up during the home inspection and was there to present the appraiser with information to justify the price of the home. All of this made for an extremely smooth process and our settlement when off without a hitch. Since we sold much quicker than we anticipated, we began the search for a new home immediately. Debbie was a joy to work with on this front too! We had a lot of fun looking at many, many homes none of which seemed like the right fit for us. Without getting discouraged she continued to look and kept us abreast of new homes hitting the market. When the right house came along, she assisted us with preparing an offer that kept our offer ahead of other offers that came in at the same time. When our offer was accepted, Debbie laid out a time line for us to follow so that all of our inspections and pre-purchase conditions were completed within the negotiated time-frames. She handled contract negotiations with the sellers agent promptly and professionally and we had a smooth settlement process as a result.
