This agent is not working for you. We have asked several times to see properties with no response and being coerced into escrow when we are looking for properties. I would do my due diligence and find someone who will work with you on this journey.

There are facts and then there are falsehoods. Jamie, your response is exactly why the deal did not go through. You did not represent me accurately as your client nor what you communicated to and from the bank. I have our written correspondence which shows these facts. I have two other deals in escrow rights now and they are going smoothly. If anyone knows about cash offers that as you wrote was ACCEPTED with no contingencies, something must've gone wrong for this deal to not close. That something was not the bank nor myself. You handled this contract so poorly.

You followed up with an email that was inaccurate and I decided to post a review. I no longer have any interest in corresponding or working with someone that continues to misrepresent and shows lack of communication skills when that is precisely what your job is to do for your clients.

I had an accepted cash offer with no contingencies on an REO property. The communication with Jamie was lacking from the beginning (eg no response to a viewing request of her listing). I offered dual agency (double commission) and she somehow loses the deal after she emails me in capital letters that it has been accepted. From reviewing emails and texts with her and having an unpleasant conversation, I was misrepresented and likely the bank was as well.

Never in my twenty years of real estate investing have I lost a cash deal with no contingencies (and again, accepted by the bank).
