Christine is amazing. I tried selling my vacant land for over a year during a really hot time for the market and didn't have any luck even with a price reduction. I called Christine after a mutual friend referred her to me. Immediately she consulted me on opportunities I needed to take advantage of to sell my property. Where do I even begin? My husband and I used Christine to sell our home and purchase a home at the same time, which can be stressful. Christine made it as stress-free as possible for us. Not only did she gets us $25,000 more than asking for our home, she was a master negotiator when it came to purchasing. She is tough. She is honest. She is loyal. She is truly the best in the area. She knows almost everything, and if she doesn't know, she WILL find out. She had generated interest in our home before it was even on the market. Because of her, we had an accepted offer within 5 hours of our home being on the market. She teaches negotiation classes, so obviously, when it comes to negotiating, the other agent just doesn't stand a chance. At the same time, she is truly interested in you and your needs, and she wants you to be happy. She is not just in it for the money. If you are thinking about using a Realtor, do yourself a favor and at least sit down with Christine and "interview" her. You won't regret it.
