We had a great experience with Jesse as our realtor for both selling and buying. We wanted a realtor who was knowledgeable of our area, and we were not disappointed in our choice! He was always upfront with us about what to expect. Giving us realistic costs and timelines. We were selling a less than perfect home in an area that wasn't in high demand, but he gave us a realistic timeframe and selling price for our home, and he nailed it. He was right in the period he estimated, and we got exactly what he expected us to. We were also looking to buy a new home with the proceeds of our old home, and he made the transition so smooth! We closed on both houses on the same day.
He was always super easy to get in contact with. We mostly texted or emailed, but always got responses quickly. Anytime we wanted to see a house, he made it happen right away without ever seeming annoyed or put out. He is a kind, honest realtor and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
