This was an unusual piece of property as the purchase price was only a third of the selling price. As you could imagine a difficult sale from the start. Many improvements were made on the property as it was to be my home. We met with several different realtors when we began looking for a home in Spartanburg. We attempted to "do it on our own" at first using Zillow and contacting each listing agent.
