She has professional and personal knowledge of Live Oak and surrounding area. She is personable and shared some helpful anecdotes . She looked long and hard to find us a place. Had tons of patience with our lack of knowledge and periods of discouragement. We had members of the family that the purchase affected that had to see property on their own schedule, and Anita went to great lengths and personal sacrifice to make arrangements to accommodate them. She is a warm person and quickly makes one feel comfortable.

Without the help of Anita I would still be floundering in the world of real estate buying and selling. Anita diligently helped me find the perfect home. And it wasn't an easy task because I had specific needs and wants, location being foremost.
After she found me my new home, Anita guided me through the maze of financing, home inspections and appraisal. She was accessible at all times and helped with the dozens of questions.
