Although it was a hard journey Elaine and Brian Libent were right on it, they took care of everything right away that USDA wanted and I believe Elaine had something to do with getting closed bfr my rate went up.
I had gotten a call that the under writer had more to look into and that we would close the following week. Elaine calls me right after asking did I hear anything about the closing, I told her what they said, she said she would call me back, couple mins later I believe she looked into it and right away I'm getting a text from the finance department and call from Elaine saying we're closing on the 20th!
