I started my home buying experience with a different realtor and did not have much success, we weren't on the same page. I gave up for a bit and Steve with Homepride Realty reached out to me because one house that I was really interested in came back on the market. He was able to show me the house the same day and he did a walk through with me asking me what I was looking for and if this house met my needs. He took the time to get to know our family and what our situation was. I was ready to put in an offer and being a first time home buyer, I wasn't quite sure how this all went. I would like to sincerely thank Home Pride Realty for helping my husband and I find our home. It is thanks to them that we have decided to take the big leap of purchasing a new home again. At the beginning of this journey we were not entirely invested in moving, just looking around. Not only that but we had no idea how we would be able to buy a home when we needed to sell our previous home for the proceeds to put down on a new home.
