I would like to say what an amazing agent Johanna Evangelou is. I recommended her to my son and daughter-in-law as a buyer/VA agent. Being first time home buyers, and my son being a vet, they needed guidance through the home buying process. Johanna specializes in the VA process. I would never trust anyone else with my most precious gift, my son, in learning the ins and outs of the real estate process.
Johanna was an amazing teacher and guide. She helped them get the house of their dreams. They got everything they wanted and more. I know these are not words you hear in this market right now, but through perseverance and Johannas help, they are now officially home owners.
I need to tell you I have worked with Johanna for 5 years as the office assistant at Dan Helwig Realtors. I was always Johannas biggest fan. I knew she would be highly successful as an agent and I always look forward to helping her any way I can. She has become one of the leading agents in Montgomery County and I can not wait to see how far she can go. I know Johannas future as a Broker is definitely a bright one!
