My husband and I recently relocated from Gray Summit, Missouri to Pace, Florida. We met our agent Renee Decker on a trip to Santa Rosa County, where we were researching potential neighborhoods. n nOver the next two months, Renee remained in contact with us and helped us to identify Pace, Florida as our target area. After we had identified a target area and our home in Missouri had sold, the task of locating the perfect home began.
