We worked with Ken to sell our homes in Mayfair and in Park Hill and it was a fantastic experience both times! He is super personable and easy to talk to, while being fantastically detail oriented, punctual with timings, and communicative throughout the whole process, which made us feel like we were in safe hands. He gave us great advice on how to get our houses ready for sale and looking their best with help from Dave at State 38 Staging, and this resulted in multiple competing offers coming in within 24 hours each time. As Ken was previously an architect his understanding of the structural elements of homes is really second to none, and he provided us with sound advice on our strategy for negotiating and resolving issues brought up at inspection. We really can't recommend him highly enough!

Ken was exceptional to work with and he got us the house of our dreams. Ken came highly recommended by our family that he had worked with for over a year prior to working with us.
