We moved out of KS back in AUG 2019 and had put our house on the market immediately and was having a hard time having the house sold through another Realty Agency. Once the 6 month contract was over, we had a family member recommend Laura to my wife and I. Did some quick research and immediately contacted her. She was responsive, cheerful and more than anything... helpful, specially towards our situation. She responded to all my questions in, even the ones that I randomly thought of late in the day. She was thorough and honest when she looked over our home. Had a small staging done and re-took all the pictures of the home again for the new posting. After a few days with the beginning paperwork done and the listing ready to be posted she had the home back on the market. Here is the impressive part... Her description of the home was perfect, the pictures looked amazing, and withing 6 hours of the home being listed we had 4 showings that day! FIRST 6 HOURS!!! By 6PM that day we had an offer and under contract! Laura helped us out through every single step of the way after that. She was clear, precise and contacted us immediately if anything popped up. Laura was amazing! Our house sat on the market for 6 months with our previous realitor we were barley getting any showings and just couldnt seem to get the house sold. Once we hired Laura it took about a week for us to get everything settled part of it being we were out of state and had to send paperwork back and forth. Once we got our house on the market we had more showings for it then we did the whole six months from the previous agent. When it came to negotiations Laura gave us amazing advice and what was best to do. We had to Fix a few things in the house and with being out of state its hard to handle everything she really helped us out by setting everything up and giving recommendations on how to handle things. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. She really knows her stuff.
