Ashley was above and beyond amazing with us! We started looking for a home in the fall of 2017 and due to my husbands work we had to put everything on hold until we knew if we would be PCSd out of state. Ashley without any questions put the homes on hold and gave us time to figure out the work situation then once we knew that we would be in the area she picked up right where we left off and helped us find the home of our dreams! To have a realtor who was patient and didn't push us into anything the entire process, but rather encouraged us to look at our options and find the best fit. Everything that she needed to do was done promptly and she always kept us informed. When it came time to negotiate for the house Ashley, having a keen insight to the area and sales, helped us to formulate our offer, and of the several offers that the home received ours was picked right off the bat. She even was there when the inspectors came through and helped us figure out what we would ask for from the seller, all of which were accepted and fixed in time for us to move in. When we were looking for a home she never tried to get us to buy a house way out of our budget, or showed us homes that we simply couldn't afford which I always appreciated. She found beautiful homes in our budget and respected our request to stay within that. She made this whole experience simply enjoyable.
