Selecting Nancy Reynolds as my real estate broker was simple. I have worked with Nancy over the years and found that her work ethic, attention to detail and concern for her client is second to none. Nancy listens to your thoughts, desires and needs then makes it a personal goal to make sure each is completely fulfilled. I wont hesitate to use Nancy for all of my future real estate needs. I have purchased and sold numerous homes over the years. My recent escrow, managed by Nancy Reynolds was seamless and easy throughout. Each timeline was met and often early. The estimates were all nearly exact. I was introduced to "e signature" which was fantastic. Mostly, I tend to have a lot of questions during an escrow process and whether it was email or phone call, Nancy responded quickly and thoroughly to each of my concerns. She truly cares about her clientele. I wish there were higher marks on a couple of these! In this day and age of electronic communication, Nancy makes it seem like the "olden days" with personal communication. I will use Nancy Reynolds exclusively for all of my real estate needs. I will refer Nancy to all of my friends, family and contacts for their real estate needs as I trust her implicitly.
