Anne listed our home and we had a contract in 2 days. While it makes the process sound easy, it was not! There was an incredible amount of hard work and energy put into the process by Anne. She worked hard to determine the price on the home to maximize our sale price in a market and location where our property was unique- excellent condition, upscale renovations and great location. Other properties listed had the location but no renovations and the condition was definitely not considered "move in ready". Anne worked with us to get our home in tip-top show ready - including adding a coming soon to our Long and Foster yard sign. We then went room to room to stage our home. After all of that work was done, Anne made sure the listing reflected the quality of the home and that we were ready to go to market - both critical points to getting the right buyer to submit a contract.
