He was on top of things, did not pressure us, but was always actively providing us with advice and the status of the process. The following comments are some highlights of our sales experience.
Ryan initially responded to our request to provide us with guidance as to what would be the best use of out effort for preparing the house for sale. This was months before we planned to planned to sell it. His advice was comprehensive and freely given without any pressure or commitment. His parting words at that meeting were something like "I won't be bugging you, call me whenever you want to". Several months later, when we were ready, we did call. His efforts then were quick, thorough, and informative. As a result of this transaction, Ryan, who was an acquaintance but not really a friend, became a friend. I have not had many opportunities to deal with a realtor, but this was one of the nicer business dealings I have ever had.
Eleven minutes after listing, we received an inquiry. 6 hours after listing, we had an earnest offer of interest. Three days after listing we had a firm offer.
