I recently sold my home and subsequently purchased a new home in another city. I had been in my home for 28 years and therefor was totally out of touch with the processes both of selling and buying.
After much vetting I selected Jarrett to be my Realtor. After my first meeting with him I was sure I had chosen wisely. He felt my home should be priced much higher than I was expecting. I was prepared for the selling process to take several months, but to my surprise, I had several solid offers within days. Some of the offers were actually higher they the asking price!
After the sale of my home I started the process of finding a new home. I felt like Jarrett wouldn't want to drive back and forth to our new city to show us homes, but as a courtesy I asked if he would like to show us some homes.
