I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!
My mother went about trying to rent a propery i believe managed or having something to do with Kai and we were pretty desperate to get my mother into a place to live , so we looked past the roaches and the state of the apartment , it was terrible . but again being desperate we decided to move on with the process and that is when my mother explained while going to get the keys from the people that she had an ESA ( emotional support animal) my late fathers small little Chihuahua , pad trained and all. The people she met with were EXEtremely rude and my mother left quickly cause she was alone and these people were rude. so she took the keys and left. she ended up returning possibly not even an hour later and returning the keys and deciding not to live there . now , these people recieved $832 from my mother . Rent and a deposit , i would completely understand keeping the $500 deposit , but she paid $300 in rent for about 10 days rent cause the overall rent was $900 and they have decided to keep that too. Pretty much making my mother unable to find another palce to live. and my mothers sister has just passed while she is still trying to process the loss of my father and these people are over here treating people horribly. and having 0 compassion. please DO NOT live in 925 hammond manor drive , the condition of that apartment is beyond horrible , roaches , the outside looks trashy , the neighbour upstairs has atleast 5 cats and its just not a good living situation
