I would NEVER trust this man. I have cancer and attempted to flea with my infant, from my abusive husband to MY OWN HOUSE whom had signed a rental agreement secretly behind my back with this man. I have made multiple police reports and My CANCER medicine was sent to what I thought was my last safe place. I called him after the police to alert him of this and he feigned humanity but then did not call me back . So now I am stuck to evict these poor people who ALSO MADE THE MISTAKE OF TRUSTING HIM. Do NOT TRUST THIS MAN. It will cause you more harm then good as I have unfortunately been a victim of his unethical actions . 2023

Tim is a great realtor!! Right on point with listing prices, realistic, and hard working. If you want a no pressure realtor with a laid back attitude Tims your guy. However, dont let his easy going attitude fool you he will work diligently around the clock to get things done quickly!

He is a intelligent, well spoken, kind, hardworking individual and I dont know what we would have done without him. Tim helped us with the sale of my parents home located 3 hours away from me. He took care of it like his own, arranging and meeting contractors for repairs that came up, went to the home to close the hurricane shutters when we couldnt find someone to do it and even built a shutter for a window that was missing one! Marketing of the home was top notch, photos and video professional with extensive internet coverage. Tim found a great buyer, paperwork and closing were quick and easy.
