Cindy was amazing! She gave us good advice on managing our "clutter" so that the buyers could view the house, not our personal possessions. Because of that, we listed the house on a Thursday and all negotiations were finished within a week. She was always calm and professional. Even though I tend to panic when things don't go the way I expect, Cindy used her experience and low-key demeanor to keep us focused and working to find the best solution for all. She never gets rattled and always has a smile and sense of humor. She always got back to us within a short time and never "brushed us off", making us feel like we were just as important as sellers of a million dollar house. Definitely the best realtor we've had!
