I was fortunate to have Richard LeBlanc as my agent when I purchased my home in Odessa Florida. He was extremely accommodating while I explored a particular area I thought I wanted to live in; however, I was not finding what I wanted. Not being from Florida myself, Richard was able to point me to areas I had not known or thought about and found me the perfect home.
