I had an extremely negative experience working with James Candelaria as my realtor. Throughout the entire process, he exhibited a shocking level of incompetence and lack of professionalism. His communication was consistently poor, often leaving me in the dark and frustrated with his unresponsiveness. Candelaria seemed disinterested in my needs and concerns, prioritizing his own agenda above providing quality service. Additionally, his unethical behavior and deceptive practices were truly disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone against choosing James Candelaria as their realtor, as my encounter with him was nothing short of a complete disappointment.
