Just to say when you are selling a property abroad it is really important to have someone that will answer your basic questions as well as the important ones. We had a relationship with our Management Team who looked after our rentals however due to the fact that we put the property on the market the communication had began to break down. We still had rentals over the closing period however and did not wish to let the family down but needed Christine to help with this.
Checking with Christine with things that had nothing to do with the sale of the property and all to do with final guests at property was not her remit but she helped not only speak with the guests but also our management team.
I would recommend Christine Butler to our friends when they decide to sell in the future and also their escrow team as it all went smoothly. The fact that she was also from Scotland meant that she understand our characters and was able to manage us as well.

When we decided to sell our house in the US, we reviewed the various flyers we had received from US agents in the area and then selected five, contacting each as regards what they could do for us, what they thought the house was worth and their experience in selling houses in Encantada over the previous 12 months. From the replies, we shortlisted three and spoke to our home owners association, who confirmed the chosen three were active in our area and especially Christine. We then compared the three in detail and chose Christine Butler as the best experienced to help us.

As we live in Belgium, Europe, we found it difficult to find a good broker for our property in Orlando, Florida.
