I was impressed with Brad. This was our first home, Brad helped us as we walked through the houses, it felt like he was wanting what was best for us and not just a sale. Brad answered a LOT of questions. He would explain things in a way we understood and repeat himself again if needed. I never felt like any question was dumb with him and he was always so helpful and calm. We are quiet people and Brad was our voice during this process and made sure what we wanted was what happened.

He took us to a lot of houses until we figured out what we really wanted. He made us feel at ease during a stressful and exciting time! He even got us some sold signs and took pictures for us after closing because the seller did not leave any of the signs up. You really have a great agent with you! Very professional, on top of things and easy to work with.

I cannot recommend Brad enough! He was so timely and kept us on track! He worked with our weird schedule and really went above and beyond. He helped so much when we had some issues with getting in touch with people or finding out information we needed, really helped us feel at ease. He was the best part of the buying process!

I have used Brad many times in the past. He has done about 30-40 deals for me since 2009. He is the go to realtor in the area for my needs. He knows the market. He know what people want in the house and what people are looking for and what price to put house so that it doesn't sit for months and no activity. He even help me get the ideas together for a new spec house that we recently built. He took time out of schedule to meet with architect we put our ideas together so we can have price right and all features that customer want to live in. He goes above and beyond for the sale.
