Ive recently relocated to Pensacola from out of state. Jessica and Mike Duncan were recommended to me by a RE Agent in another area. I was told Jessica and Mike are as good as they come and working with them, I could not agree more. I found them to be to be knowledgeable and each had their own area of expertise. Mikes background in construction, construction management came in handy on several instances. Jessica was our go to whenever something came up that we had questions with.
I always felt that my finding the right home was top priority. Jessica and Mike getting me in the right house took priority over making a sale. I always knew theyd find me the right home and they certainly have. The keys were handed over to me last week and the more Im around this house, the more I like it.
Both were responsive to my questions/inquiries, if they didnt pick up while I was on the phone, theyd call within minutes. All means of communication were answered immediately. Jessica and Mike are longtime residents of this area and have strong connections and partnerships within the Real Estate field and know someone who can fix you up with whatever dilemma that comes up. Having strong ties to the community is helpful, Mike and set me up with everyone i.e., fence installer, landscaper, cleaning person, handy man, wrought iron work, etc., Mike has set me up will all these folks and Im sure in the future if I need anyone Mike will point me in the right direction.
In the future, if I were ever to need a realtor, Jessica and Mike are my first call. I will recommend Jessica and Mike to all my family and friends. I know they will pleased. I give Jessica and Mike a 5 rating, because this does not allow me to give a 10 rating which is what they truly deserve.
