Todd was truly helpful in my recent search & subsequent home purchase. I was in the market to purchase a small home/condo. As a first time home buyer, I didn't really know much about the home buying process but Todd was able to guide me through the process, explain the information needed for pre-qualification and connect me with the right resources to get to approval. n nAlthough the home selection process took some time due to the availability of homes for sale & my interest, Todd was patient throughout the entire process. He researched all of the properties that fit my specific interest and was able to get a showing for all of those properties. I found Todd to be knowledgeable about the properties that were shown and based on experience, was able to offer any advice/feedback as we toured each one. He was quick in returning my phone calls, setting up appointments for showings that were in line with my availability and answering any questions that I had on any of the properties viewed. n nOnce the perfect condo was found, next came the negotiation process which can be tricky in terms of settling on a mutually acceptable price. Todd guided me through the process of putting together an offer based on the results of the home showing as well as the results of the comparable home analysis that was provided, which all resulted in getting a price that was fair and reasonable. n nWe encountered some issues regarding the final bank approval which were successfully resolved through the various resources and contacts that Todd was able to provide. n nAs we entered the closing phase, Todd was able to provide his recommendation, based on experience, for homeowners insurance as well as even assisted with my move after the closing. n nOverall, I was quite satisfied with the home buying process and working with Todd. I would highly recommend his service and will definitely utilize his services in the future if I am in the market to sell and/or purchase another home.
