We researched agents prior to selecting Kate Bianchino. We liked her online reviews and set up a meeting. Upon meeting Kate she provided no pressure what so ever to sign with her. We were really impressed with Kate's knowledge of the neighborhood. Kate was honest with us about our house and what she thought needed to be done. Most importantly Kate had found a buyer for our house a month before we even planned to list the house for sale. We could not recommend Kate more!
