Our situation was not easy to navigate as, my father was purchasing a house in Florida from New Jersey and thought purchasing a home from over 1,000 miles away would be difficult, but Rick proved us wrong. A call resulted in a next day visit, a positive review of my property and a promise to research and recommend pricing. This past winter I had many health issues, therefore my husband and I decided we would sell our FL home and not be Snowbirds or as I prefer Seasonal people.

Rick came over to give us a CMA we listed with him, we asked Rick to do several things for us as we were unable to do the final things to the house such as paint one room a more neutral color, have carpets cleaned, and do a final cleaning. Mr. McKean was not the first agent I had contacted, but because of his iniative and efforts he assisted me in finding the exact house I was looking for. I was interested in one house but he pointed out afew aspects about the house that made it a poor choice for me. He suggested alternative homes that better met my desires and he was always looking out for me and not just interested in making a quick sale. After finding the home I truly liked he followed through effectively and efficiently so that I was able to close on the house within 3 weeks at a price that was much lower than advertised. Even after I closed on the house he assisted me in finding furnishings and provided me with an enormous amount of information on the workings of the Villages that has made my transition easier than expected.
