We are extremely disappointed is this man and shocked at his lack of honor. He strongly steered us to a sub-par builder that does spec homes <$250k and misrepresented the builder, Blue Water Homes, only top receive a kick-back to himself and his Broker, David Petkosvek. This builder was totally unprepared nor knowledgeable to build a $1.5M home. Every other builder we mentioned to Peter he said we were looking into he said their wait was years and not to use them for various negative reasons - our home build was almost three years! Peter stood there on the lot in front of myself and my with with the builder and they said it would be only one year to build - but it took over 2.5 years. I would never use or recommend this agency, they misrepresented the builder in order to make money on the commission and their special kickback with the builder - Blue Water Homes BWH) which is the worst builder we have ever been exposed; to so run from them too. This complaint is also going to the Department of Business and Public Regulation, State Attorney, State Real Estate Board, Chamber of Commerce and any other venue we can share my honest experience and opinion as protected by consumer Review Fairness Act passed unanimously by congress in 2015 for Peter, his Broker, and Blue Water Homes that stole money from us for work they never performed. 2020
